Product Description And Defects
Due to variances in screen calibration, actual products may vary from what appears online. However, we try to maintain the colour accuracy as close to the actual product as possible. Handmade pieces may feature inconsistencies or slight flaws.
Returns / Exchanges
We understand that sizing issues may be tricky for online purchases. While we do not provide a one to one size exchange, we are happy to issue return store credit so that you can check out the same item in your preferred size.
Please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exchange reason and we will respond to your email within 3 to 5 working days.
For exchange, please note the following:-
- All exchanges must be received within 10 days of delivery for Singapore orders and 21 days of delivery for International orders.
- All returns should be made via trackable shipping methods.
- Bra tops cannot be exchanged/returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Products must be new, in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags and hygiene labels intact. We will only process returns/exchanges if returned products meet these conditions, and at our sole discretion.
- Exchanges/Returns are only valid for full priced items. Promotional/sale and items purchased using discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
- All exchanges will be offered in the form of store credit only, with a 3-month validity period. You may place a new order on our site accordingly. Please note we will only be able to accommodate one exchange per order.
- Reservations of sizes prior to the return is not available.
- For orders where free shipping has been provided, the initial shipping fees will be deducted accordingly from the store credit.
- All related return shipping costs (including any custom duty taxes) will be borne by you.
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. We ensure that all items go through stringent checks before they are delivered to your door step.
In the case of incorrect or defective goods received, do email us at email@example.com within 5 working days from the date of receipt. Please provide the order number, reason for return and photos of defects and we will respond to your email within 3 to 5 working days.
Assessed on a case-by-case basis, we will honour a one to one exchange (subjected to item availability) for a new piece upon receipt of your return. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange, a refund will be issued to you via store credit. Shipping fee incurred during the return will be refunded back to you as store credit as well.
Kindly note that all returns should be in its original condition received, unscented, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly from kyn.sg only. We do not accept any exchanges/returns if you purchased our products from any third party.
We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any return/exchange of the defective item if we are not notified within the stipulated timeframe. Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange or refunds.

Store credit is available for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable.
